Digital Media Lab
The DML provides access to 10 computers with creative and industry-standard software for design, 3D modeling, web and app development, image, audio, and video editing, as well as a range of audio and design equipment.
Computer Zone
Located in The Edge River Lounge, The Computer Zone provides access to 6 computers with the same industry-standard software available in the Digital Media Lab. This resource is accessible during The Edge's opening hours and also serves as an alternative when the Digital Media Lab is hosting workshops.
Headphones
Wired headphones and bluetooth noise cancelling headphones are available for use in the DML and Computer Zone, please ask at the Reception desk for more information and to check availability.
Booking Times
- Bookings are for a minimum 1-hour duration, up to a max of 4-hours per day.
- PCs must be vacated 10 minutes prior to closing.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late for a booked session please let us know in advance, by phoning 07 3840 7666 or email AppliedCreativity@slq.qld.gov.au. If we do not hear from you within 15 mins after the start time, your booking may be cancelled to allow others to use the facility
